RULES OF THE GAME
1.- THE RULES
The rules and the competition system will be those dictated by the ROYAL SPANISH FOOTBALL FEDERATION.
2.- THE PARTICIPANTS
In all matches there will be 5 minutes at half-time to change fields and in no case will any time be deducted.
3.- THE PLAYERS
A total of 20 players per game may be presented. A player can only play one category, their own or a higher category. Each player must keep the same number throughout the tournament. If one of the teams shows up 10 minutes after the start time of the game or with a number of players less than nine (9), it will be considered as not showing up and the game will be considered lost with a result of 3 – 0, Winning the team that has been presented.
All the players registered in the minutes (20 maximum) will be able to play, being able to make as many changes as they deem convenient.
5.- THE LICENSE
All players who play the Tournament must prove their age by means of an ORIGINAL NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT. That player who cannot prove his category and age by presenting the D.N.I. You won’t be able to line up with his team. It is advisable to bring the federative card for any need and can be treated at the Hospital, being the full responsibility of the Club and not the ORGANIZING ENTITIES.
In the event of any improper alignment, the offending team will lose the points in this match, giving the opposing team the victory with the result of 3 – 0 and three more points will be deducted from their classification.
The expulsion for two YELLOW CARDS in the same game will not mean any sanction and they will be able to play the next game.
1.- If the expulsion is caused by being the last player (technical decision), it will not mean any sanction and he will be able to play the next match
2.- If the expulsion has been caused by an accumulation of cards, it will not mean any sanction and he will be able to play the next match.
3.- If the expulsion was due to a DIRECT red card, he will have a one-match ban and will not be able to play the next match.
4.- For aggression against an opponent or the referee or an insult to the referee, it will be considered a SERIOUS OFFENSE and will mean the expulsion from the Tournament of the offending player, the person in charge of the team or the team itself.
7.- THE OUTFITS:
All teams must bring TWO SETS OF SHIRTS OF DIFFERENT COLORS. In the event of a coincidence of colors in a match, both teams will first agree to know who changes luggage. In case of not reaching a mutual agreement, the Organization will decide it by means of a lottery.
8.- THE TEAM DELEGATES:
You must complete the minutes and deliver them to the field delegates about 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE MATCH. Subsequently, the review will be made and the certificate of agreement will be signed by the delegates of both teams.
The D.N.I. They will be held by the delegates of each team at the disposal of the Field Manager if required and if he refuses, he will be sanctioned with the loss of the match. Once the next game begins, that is, the one immediately played, no claim can be made. All claims will be submitted in writing and will be delivered to the Field Manager, who will transfer it to the organizing committee.
At the end of each game, the delegate of each team will go to the Field Delegates to check the name of the scorers and goalkeepers with the fewest goals, for the corresponding trophies.
9.- THE CHAMPIONSHIP:
FIRST PHASE OF THE TOURNAMENT (LEAGUE)
It is made up of two groups and a one-game league will be held.
The score will be MATCH WON 3 POINTS, MATCH DRAWN 1 POINT AND MATCH LOST 0 POINTS.
In case of a tie in the final classification, the following rules will be applied, in the following order:
1.- PARTICULAR AVERAGE GOAL.
2.- GLOBAL GOAL COEFFICIENT. (Example: for 25 and against 10 =+15)
3.- THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF GOALS SCORED.
4.- THE TEAM THAT HAS CONCEIVED THE FEWER GOALS.
5.- THE YOUNGEST TEAM.
At the end of the last match, CHECK THE FINAL TEAM RANKING, on the bulletin board, to confirm the next match.
SECOND PHASE OF THE TOURNAMENT (ELIMINATION)
The qualifiers will be played according to the classification of each team and will be marked on the respective calendars. Once this phase has started, no claim will be accepted in the event of an error.
In the event of a tie in any match, including the finals, a shootout of 3 penalties per team must be taken. If at the end of it the tie still continues, a new throw will be thrown again until one of the two teams fails in the same number of throws, and the same player cannot repeat until all the players who finished the match have thrown.
10.- THE ORGANIZATION:
In each field of play there will be TWO FIELD DELEGATES AND ONE FIELD RESPONSIBLE of the Organization, who will rule as JUDGES-DELEGATES, so that in a need they can decide for any circumstance that arises. Any claim must be submitted in writing to the FIELD RESPONSIBLE who will transfer it to the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE to decide.
It is not responsible for theft or accidents that may occur. Each team must have its players insured and in no case the responsibility will be for the organizing entities.
In case of rain, the TOURNAMENT will also be held. If during the course of the match the referee had the need to suspend it, the final result will be the one existing at the time of the suspension.
If necessary, the ORGANIZATION reserves the right to modify these regulations.
Any fact that could happen and is not contemplated in these regulations, will be resolved by the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, being this unappealable and the only judge, not being able to present any appeal on its decision.
The organization will leave balls to warm up. These have to be returned to the organization table before the start of each match.
In facilities that do not have enough changing rooms to accommodate the teams, sports equipment cannot be left inside the changing rooms.
NO TROPHY WILL BE AWARDED BEFORE THE CLOSURE OF THE TOURNAMENT.
The fact of registering implies full compliance with these regulations.
